The Mayor and Council met in regular session, pursuant to adjournment .Monday, march 2 th, 1927 at 1 8 P.M. with '°ayor As1ey, presiding, Councilman Dutton, Kimbbaugh, Mumford, Moro el, and Wheeler,'present, and Conley, absent. It was voted on motion of Mcconael, seconded, by Wheeler, that the.
