no objection or protest has been made or filed to said assessment roll, and whereas the
time for hearing and oonsidering the said objecti�ms having arrived and expired and the
said assessment roll having been fully and duly considered by the Mayor and Council,
of the City of Caldwell and having been found to be regular, valid, and correct, and fair,
and allot, and in compliance with the law in all particulars.
HOW THEREFORE, be it reeoived by the Mayor and Council of the City of Caldwell
that the said assessment roll of the Local Lateral Sewerage Improvement District No. 8 be,
and the same is hereby approved and confirmed.
Motion made by Dunlap, Seconded by Sutton that said resoliEtion be adopted. Ayes
Dunlap, Feuling, Hayman, Sutton and Westoott. Mayes Ilona.
The Legidn asked for permission to use the City Hall which was granted.
On motion Sutton Council Ajourned Monday 28th, 1921.

COUNCIL CHAMBERS CALDWELL IDAHO, MARCH 28, 1921.
Council met in regular session pursuant to ajournment with Mayor Ward presiding.
The following Counall -men were present; Dunlap, Feuling, Hayman, Moore, Sutton and Westoott.
A ^delegation from Canyon Hill was present•oomplaining of the condition of the bridge
across the government ditch, the matter was reperredtto the Street Committee.
Knapp and Krell ask for the permission to erect bulletin boazd at corner of 6th and
Main and on motion of Hayman seconded by Feuling same was disallowed.
The following bide for the construction No. 7, were read us follows;

9 Notion made by Hayman, Seconded by Moore that bids be reperred to Street Sewer

and Rar Committees for in vestigation and report at nest regular meeting.
Motion made by Dunlap, seconded by Feuling that checks of J. H. Forbes, Morrison,
and Knudson and Heineoke Construction Coppany be returned.
Motion by Dunlap that City Clerk and Supt. of Water Works present bill for water
used by the Pid. to the City Attorney for collection.
Registers for the City Election were named as follows; lot. ward, Mrs. W. L. Woolw
End.ward, Mrs. L. P. MoNill. 3rd. ward Mrs. 0. R. Ackley.
On motion Sutton Council ajourn.
