with ITayor Fred C. Noyes, presiding, prevent, Councilmen Ackley, Dement, ^oroes, ' Tayman
and Sanberg, S. - Ben Dunlap, Clerk, wben the following business was trannaeted:

A motion was nad•, by Ackley, seoonded Dement, that, tl ruler, be suspended
and the reading on three separate days be dispensed with and that bill "To. 11 be read
the second time by title and the third time in full and placed on its final pasns.ge.

Ayss - Ackley, Pement, Forbes, ?layman, Sanherg -5.
