directed the Clerk to Read 5111 No. 35 the second time by Title,
The Clerk read the
bill as directed.
There being no further business to come before the council it was moved by
Olesen, seconded by conncllman McNeill that Coi.unr..1 ` adjourn.
Motion carried.

on roll Call the following Councilmen answered present. J.E. Sloop, R, H.
McNeill, L. E. Rnrrell and Pete Olesen.
This being the time set for the third reading of Pill No. 35, The Mayor
directed the Clerk to read Bill No. 35, the third ti^;e in full section by section.
The Clerk read the 'Pill as directed. Following a discussion by various groups it was

reoved by Councilmen Clasen, seconded by Councilman Burrell that Bill No. 35 be tabled.
In response to Roll Call on said motion, Councilmen voting "Aye" were : Sloop,
McNeill, Burrell and Olesen. "Nay" None. Absent anI nct voting: None.

Upon motion by Councilman AICNe.ill, seconded by Councilmen Ol.esen, the f�IorIng
resoluti n was proposed: rr
WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works of the State of Idaho propose p changes
In routing of U.S. 20, ' U.S. 30 and U.S. 30 Alternate through the City of Caldwell, as
shown colored in red on the attached print marked Exhibit "A ", said changes being sub-
ject to the approval of the Pui;lic Roads Administration,
NOW, TF'EREFORE, 'oe it resolved;
That the routes indicated in red on said Exhibit "A" are hereby approved.
That certified copies of this resolution shall be furnished the Department of
Public 'Norks and * *^ "I ic, Roads ^ Ministration.

I hereby certify that the above resolution was passed at a Special meeting of
the Board of Councilmen of the City of Caldwell, held March 24th, 1947,
Upon Roll Call it appeared that the motion was unanimously carried.
Thereupon the Maycr declared the motion carried and the Resolution adopted,
There being no further business to come before the Council it wasmoved by
Councilman McNeill seconded by Councilmen Burrell that Council adjourn. Motion carried.
