The City Clerk presented the matter of instances where there were more than one
house on a Water Meter. The matter was left with the Plater Committee.
E. L. Vassar, Chairman of the Zoning Committee, presented his preliminary report,
and stated that a Public Hearing on the Committee's report would be held in the Council
Rooms ofthe City:Hall on the evening of lurch 8th. 1932 at 8:00 F. M.
Moved by Sandmeyer and seconded by Reister that this Council stand adjourned
upon call of the - Mayor.

A called meeting of the City Council met in the Council Rooms with the Mayor,
Fred L. Lilly presiding.
On Roll Call, the following Councilmen answered present' M. S. Sandmeyer, A. G.
Reister, C. E. Bales, Joe Dickens, E. L. Vassar and C. M. Johnston.
The Mayor issued a Proclamation setting aside the week beginning April 4th. and
designating it.t' Clean Up Week.
Moved -by Sandmeyer and seconded by Dickens that the City Engineer be instructed
to call for bids for renarring of sidewalks as referred to in Resolution wo. 4, as passed
by the City Council on September 29, 1931, and that the Engineer call for bids by the
square foot, si;rfa.oe measure, the person making such bid to furnish all material; also
to call for bids for a mar. and cement mixer to work by the hour. Motion Carried.
Fred Mi bus appeared and took up the matter of securing a Permit to install- a
gasolene pump to sell gasolene at his Tourist Camn in Borth Caldwell.
After 4 full discussion, the Council continued the time for granting the Permit
until Mr. Mobus had complied to all the requirements of the Ordinance regarding the
installation of Service Stations.
Loved by Vassar and seconded by Dickens that the Resolution as published last
fall relating to the trimming of trees along our streets be re- published. "lotion Carried
Moved,by Bales and spoonded by Vassar that the City Attorney be instructed to
draw up a new 6rdiasnce regulating the erection and maintenance of Awnings which extend
out over our streets. Notion Carried.
Moved 'by Dickens and seconded by Vassar that the Mayor appoint a committee of
two, who shall act ftth the Mayor, to draft a new Building Ordinance, Lotion Carried.
The Mayor appointed 1 ?. S. Sandmeyer and C. E. FRled to act on this committee.
No further business appearing, it r as moved by Vassar and seconded by Dickens
that this Council stand adjourned until Vonday evening March 29th. at 8:00 P. M.
