Section 1. That the assessment roll of Local Street Improvement Distxiot
No.' 10, for the City of Caldwell, Idaho, be and the same hereby is approved and con—
firmed.
Sea. 2, That said assessment roll be placed in the hands of the City
Treasurer for collection, and that due notice of the time, plaoe and manner of
making cash payments of the assessments contained in said assessment roll, be given
in the manner provided by the laws of the State of Idaho and the Ordinances of the
City of Caldwell.
It was moved by Johns, duly seconded by Bollman that the Council
adjourn until March 21, 1930,at 8;00 o'clock P.m. Notion carried. whereupon

COUNCIL CHAMBERS.
MARCH 21, 1930, 8 :00 P.M.
Council met in adjourned session pursuant to adjournment of March 17,
1930, with Mayor McOonnel presiding, and Councilmen, Bollman, Dickens, Gordon,
Johns, Leighty and Sandmeyer, present. Absent, none.
Owing to the absence of the City Clerk, the Mayor appointed Mr. W. C.
Dyer, Acting Clerk and announced that the Council was in session for the consid.
eration of any business which might lawfully come before it.
At the request of the Mayor and Council Attorneys M. H. Eustaoe and
Hugh N. Caldwell, appeared before the Oounoil and explained the features of Chapter
134, laws of 1929, of the State of Idaho, being the "Local Improvement Guarantee
Fund" law. After consideration and disouseion by the Council it was moved by
Leighty and seconded by Pickens that Attorney M. H. Eustace, be instructed to
prepare ordinanoss for the consideration of the Council embracing the provisions
of the "Local Improvement Guarantee Fund" law, to be presented at a meeting of the
Council to be held on March 25, 1930. Motion carried.
It was moved by Gordon and seconded by Leighty that the Council adjourn
to reconvene on March 25, at 8 :00 p.M. Motion carried.
Thereupon the Council adjourned pursuant to the foregoing motion.
