The Mayor appointed Dutton, McConnel and ?red -lose as a oommittee to investigate the
matter and report back to the Council.
J. B. Gowen of the Airport Commission called attention to the bouncil, that
if the enteranoe to the Airport was established at the HE corner an the wilder highway,
permission should be gotten from the Oregon Short Line Railroad Company to arose the
railroad. The matter was referred to Supt. Porter.
It was voted on motion of IdcOonnel, seconded by Jackson, that dounoil adjourn
to March 15, 1929, at 7:30, P. 14.

T. N. Burns appeared before the Council asking that the City co- operate with
the Burns Chevrolet Co. in regard to establishing a aystemetio Auto Parking on the vacant
lots corner Arthur Street and Ninth Avenue.
It was voted on motion of Jackson, seconded by l:umford, that *he gayor appoint
a committee to work out a plan with Mr. Burns. The 14eyor appointed on the committee,'
Gounoilmen Jackson and Dutton.
the matter of construop4on of the Brain Ditch for Memorial Park was considered
but no action taken.
!red L. Lilly and 'Will Evans appeared before the Sounoil in the interest of
Radio owners of the city, and asked that some steps be taken towards the passage of a
Radio Ordinance that would clear up the noise end interference caused by the elsorical
power lines, telephone lines, telegraph lines qnd other electrical machinery and appli-
ances, They also presented a petition signed by 124 residents and taxpayers being
Radio Owners asking for the passage of a ^#adio Ordinance.
The Mayor appointed the Oity Attorney and Fred L. Lilly as a committee to draft
an Ordinance regulating radio interference.
It was voted on motion of Hoffman, seconded by Dutton, that Oouncil adjourn to
Naroh 20, 1929, at 10:00, A. Id.

Counoil met in regular session persuant to adjournment of Narch 15, 1929, with
h1ayor Dunlap presiding and Councilmen DAVIS, DUTTON, HOFx - IUN, JACKSON, NMCCONNEL AND
MUMF03D, PRESENT. ABSENT: NONE.
Oouncilman MoOonnel reported on the matter of constructing a Drain Ditch for
ilemorial Park as progressing and suggested that the letting of the contract for its son -
atruction be deferred until the next meeting of the Uouncil.
The Mayor reported the sale of the Fordson Grader by the Street 4ommittee to
the Village of Middleton, Idaho, in the sum of :900400 on the following terms;
;1300.00 due July 25, 1929, $300.00 due.July 25, 1990, $300.00 due July 25,
These notes bearing interest at 7% per annum, and being signed by F. C. Stot
Chairman. Attest, Chas. Gerhauser, Village Olerk.
The contract of E. J. Swan for the construction of 4 Tourist uabina and Tollbts
and Showers was approved and signed.

GRAVELING AND OILING THE STREETS THEREIN, STATING THE STREETS AND ALLEYS UPON WHICH SAID
IMPROVEMENT IS TO BE MADE, THE GENERAL CHARACTER OF SAID PROPOSED IMPROVEMENT, THE ESTI-
MATED COST OF THE SAME, AND THAT SUCH COST IS TO BE ASSESSED AGAINST THE ABUTTING, AD-

A motion was made by Mumfcrd, seconded by McConnel, that Resolution No. 30 be
approved. On the question as stated, theisyor directed the Clerk to call the roll with
the following result;
AYES: DAVIS, DUTTON, HOF'?W , JACKSON, MCCONNEL AND =1FORD.
NAYES: NONE. Thereupon the Mayor declared the motion carried and Resolution No. 30
approved. The Mayor and Clerk approved and signed some in open session of the 0ouneil.
It wee voted on motion of LoConnel, seconded by Mumford, that Oounoil adjourn
to March 22, 1929.
