The Council met in rea larsession pursuant to ad.jounrmnet with Mayor Miller, presidia
Counailmen,Bollman,Kimbrough, Mumfcrd,0akes, and Rowland,present, and W estoott absent.
Thos.E.Buoknsr.Representative of the I.O.O.F.Lodge,Methodist Church, and Commercial Clab,
entered a protest against the allowing by the City Council of a Filling Station being Placed
on Lots I0,11, and I2, Block 29 Original °ddition to Caldwell. T. S. Jackson ,H.D.Hanna,$osa Jadclen,
G.H.Ackley also protested, while John A.Baker and Cleve Grooms talked in favor of the sgile.

Bill No.I2, by Rowland, "Entitled e6! ordinance declaring the intention to create and a tablish
local lateral:sewer improvement district no,IO,in the City ofJ Caldwell,County of Canyon of
Idaho,for the purpose of construe;�ing a suitable sewerage system therein,fixing specific
boundaries of said proposed district,the general character of the said improvement, and tie
estimated cost of the same, and providing for such costs to be assessed against the props ty ins
- eluded within such lateral sewer improvement district, and providing that the cost and ex,eases
of said improvements made in the spaces formed by the function or intersection of streets and
avenues and in the spaces opposite alleys in such district shall be borne by the property tributar
abutting, fronting,contiguous to said intersection, and shall be a lien upon sald property the same a
as any other assessment against said property in said district, and fixing the time withi which
