presiding. The roll being called the following Councilmen were present:

No business was transacted and the Council adjourned ,

COUNCIL met in regular session as per adjournment of Haroh lid). with
Mayor Fred L Lilly presiding. Upon the roll being called the following Councilmen
were found present: Joe Dickens, Amos J Miller, Fritz R Miller, Fred Mitchell,
Chas Sanberg and W Grant Ward.
The Clerk presented to the Council the affddavite of publication of
the Ordinance of Intention tp create Local Street Improvement District No 2 and
Local Street Improvement District No 3, which.affidavite zero and are in wprds
and figures as follows, to wit:

newspaper published at Caldwell, Idaho; that the said paper is in general circulation
in the County aforesaid, and has been for a permod of one year proceeding first public

of this advertisement, a copy of which is attached hereto, was published in the regula
edition of said Caldwell Ttibune 2 consecutive weeks, beginning with the issue of
March 7, 1919, and ending with the issue of March 14th. 1919
