in connection with the proposed sewer improvements, and,
IIMEPF.AS, it appears to the best advantage of the City of Caldwell to accept this proposal,

authorized to execute the acceptance of the above proposal.
Upon Roll Call the following Counncilmen voted in the affirmative: Blomo_uist, Burrell, 7 eick,
Eldredge and Pettis. Negative: None. Absent and not voting: Eggers.
Thereuion the Mayor declared the :notion carried and the Resolution adopted.
There being no furth -.r business to cone -- ,,efore the Council it was moved by C ollncilman glomquist,
seconded by Councilman Bettis that Council adjourn. hloticn carried.

the layor, Jason C. Smith: presiding.
Upon Roll Call the following Councilmen answered present: L. E. Burrell Adolph Eggers, Ernest
freiek, L. P. Eldredge and J. 11. Bettis. Absent: Fran Rlomquist.
Applications for Card License were read from Waldorf Cigar Store and The Sport Shop, the fee
ng each applicati on.
11oved by Weickf seconded by Eggers that these Licenses be granted.
Upon Moll Call it appeared the motion was unanimously carried.
