Burton L Company have nre ^ented a proposal i:: the ai^.ount of p 1:1150.00, to act as Fiscal A ents in connection with the proposed sewer improvements, and, IIMEPF.AS, it appears to the best advantage of the City of Caldwell to accept this proposal, N9,7, THE.'ZOR P1? IT RES °LVED that the .',1ayor and City Clerk on behalf of the City of Caldwell be authorized to execute the acceptance of the above proposal. Upon Roll Call the following Counncilmen voted in the affirmative: Blomo_uist, Burrell, 7 eick, Eldredge and Pettis. Negative: None. Absent and not voting: Eggers. Thereuion the Mayor declared the :notion carried and the Resolution adopted. Smith: presiding. Upon Roll Call the following Councilmen answered present: L. E. Burrell Adolph Eggers, Ernest freiek, L. P. Eldredge and J. 11. Bettis. Absent: Fran Rlomquist. Applications for Card License were read from Waldorf Cigar Store and The Sport Shop, the fee ng each applicati on. 11oved by Weickf seconded by Eggers that these Licenses be granted. Upon Moll Call it appeared the motion was unanimously carried.
