WHEREAS, It appears that under the applicable state statutes a double

as the Judges, Distributing Clerks and Constables for their respective wards, to serve
at the municipal election to be held on April 22, 1947:

On roll call the following Councilmen answered present: J.E. Sloop, R. H.
McNeill, L. E. Burrell and Pete Clasen.
This being the time set for the third reading of Pill No. 35. The Mayor
directed the Clark to read Bill No. 35, the third tine in full section by section.
The Cleric read the Pill as directed. Following P, discussion by various groups it was
moved by Councilman Olesen, seconded b Burrell that Bill No. 35 be tabled.
In response to Roll Call on said motion, Councilmen voting "Aye" were : Sloop,
McNeill, Burrell and Clesen. "Nay" None. Absent and, not voting- None.
RESOLUTION
By Councilman McNeill
Upon motion by Councilman McNeill, seconded by Councilman Clesen, the fo.�lowing
resoluti n was proposed: I
MEEREAS, the Department of Public Works of the State of Idaho propose changes
in routing of U.S. 20, U.S. 30 and U.S. 30 Alternate through the City of Caldwell, as
shown colored in red on the attached print marked Exhibit "A ", said changes being sub -
ject to the approval of the Pu!,lic Roads Administration,
NOW, TFEREFORE, be it resolved;
That the routes indicated in red on said Exhibit "A" are hereby approved.
That certified copies of this resolution shall be furnished the Department of
Pntili.c 'Works and jic,Ro&ds A dnistration. I
