adjournment with Mayor Oriffiths, presiding, and Councilmen Adam, Adams, Bardeley,
Stunenberg, Walker, Zeh, president, Shorb, clerk.
The Clerk was instructed to write G. W. Smith concerning the bond proceedings
Voted, on motion of Zeh, that the superintendent of water works be and hereby
is instructed to put meters on all users of water not wetered, including the Oregon
Short Line R. R. Company, at once.
Voted on motion of Zeh, that the general, road,.esmetery, and water works
funds of the fiscal year 1910 -11 are abolished, and all cash balances in these funds
are transferred to the warrnat redemption fund.
Voted, on Motion-of Adams, that the Park committee is authorized to make ar-
rangemehte with N. S. Miller for the rent of the Lake Roward Padk, with H. W. Darman
for the deeding of a lot to the city in his addition for a park, and.to fix up the
Hasbrouck and Curtis Parka'.
The building committee reported adversely to allowing S. M. Skelton to put
in sheet iron building in the fire limits, and, on Motion of Stunenberg, the report
was approved.
Voted, an motion of Walker, that th,e cemetery committee be directed to procur
right of way along the north line of the city limits for a r'bad from the Boise & Inter
urban Railway to the cemetery.
Report of the superintendent of water works was read and, on motion of Bard-
sley, approved and ordered filed.
The finanee committee reported that they had selected Sohn F. Bloomfield to
check up the b@Pks df the county assessor, and on motion of Adame, the report was ap-
proved.
Bill No.11, entitled, "An ordinance mending ordinance No. 103, 'An Ordinance
to provide for the regulation of the City Cemetery and the conveyance of lots therein
and to provide for the appointment of a Sexton and to define his dutled and to provide
for a sinking fund and a penalty for violation of this ordinance or any part thereof ",
was read tYa third time and placed on its final passage. On the question shall Bill No
11 pans? .
The roll being called, the vote relsulted;
byes- Adam, Adams, Bardeley, Stunenberg, Walker, Zeh -6.
Nays and absent -None. so Bill No. 11 passed, becoming Ordinance No 211.
Voted, on motion of Zeh, that the Council adjourn until Thursday evening,
March 21, 1912, at 8 o'clock.
