The Mayor caused the Clerk to call the roll weaulting as follows. AYES: CONLEY, DUTTON, EI'3ROUGA, T,,. VFC ^D, MOCONNEL, AND "MZELER. NAYES AND ABSENT: NONE. It was then voted on motion of Kimbrough, seconded by Conley, that the City Attorney be authorized and directed to &nkaatigate'delinquencies in the above named districts and immediateljr start foreclosur pro- ceedings against the same. It was voted on mots n of Conley, seconded by Mumford, that the matter be taken under advisement. It was voted on motion of Dutton, seconded by 71h 1e , that the Council adjourn to 1:30 P.M. The Council met in regular session, pursuant to adjournment at A:30 P.M. in the Council hambers, with La;or Maley, presiding, Councilmen, Conley, Dutton, Mlmbrough, Idumford, McConnel,and call for bide on 3.3 miles of paving within the City of Caldwell, at an early date, end as i requested the - ayor and Council of the City of Caldwell to express a preference as to the type of pavement desired, NONE, THEREFCRE, BE IT RESCT.VED by the 1 "ayor and Counbil of the City of Caldwell that I ortland Cement Concrete pavement is preferred and that the Commissioner of Public Works is hereby requested to call for bids at the earliest possible date and on Portland Cement Cohorste type � of construction only. It was voted on motion of Kimbrough, seconded ly Mumford, that the report be accepted.
