The Mayor appointed Dutton, MoC'onnel and Fred :toss as a committee to investigate the
matter and report back to the Council.
J. B. Cowen of the Airport Commission called attention to the 'Council, that
if the enterance to the Airport was established at the NE corner on the wilder highway,
permission should be gotten from the Oregon Short Line Railroad Company to cross the
railroad. The matter was referred to Supt. Porter.
It was voted on motion of McOonnel, seconded by Jackson, that eonnoll adjourn
to March 15, 1929, at 7 ;30, P. M.

Cauneil met in regular session persuant to adjournmeht of March 13, 1929, with
Mayor Dunlap presiding and Counoilmen 7AVI3, DUTTON, HOF,'3M NM, JACKSON, MCCONNEL AND
MUMFORD, PRESENT. ABSENT: NONE.
T. Id. Burns appeared before the Council asking that the City oo- operate with
the Burns Chevrolet Co. in regard to establishing a Systematic Auto Parking on the vacant
lots corner Arthur Street and Ninth Avenue.
It was voted on motion of Jackson, seconded by Ikumford, that Ahe Xayor appoint
a committee to work out a plan with Mr. Burns. The Mayor appointed on the committee,'
4ounoilmen Jackson and Dutton.
the matter of construc$iion of the Drain Ditch for Memorial Park was considered
but no action taken.
_red L. Lilly and Will Evans appeared before the Qouncil in the interest of
Hadio owners of the city, and asked that some steps be taken towards the passage of a
Radio Qrdinanos that would clear up the noise and interference caused by the eleerieal
Power lines, telephone lines, telegraph lines qnd other electrical machinery and appli-
ances, They also presented a petition signed by 124 residents and taxpayers being
Radio Owners asking for the passage of a Indio Ordinance.
The Mayor appointed the Oity Attorney and Fred L. Lilly as a committee to draft
an Ordinance regulating radio interference.
It was voted on motion of Hoffman, seconded by Dutton, that Oouncil adjourn to
March 20, 1929, at 10 :00, A. M.

Qounoil met in regular session persuant to adjournment of March lb, 1929, with
Mayor Dunlap presiding and Councilmen DAVIB, DUTTON, HOFFMAN, JACKSON, MCCONNEL AND
MUMFORD, PRESENT. ABSENT: NONE.
Councilman Mo®onnel reported on the matter of constructing a Drain Ditch for
Memorial Park as progressing and suggested that the letting of the contract for its con-
struction be deferred until the next meeting of the uouneil.
The Mayor reported the sale of the Fordson Grader by the Street ®ommittee to
