The Council met pursuant to call and acknowledgment of notice in the following form:

Upon Roll Call the follov6n, Councilmen answered present: Fran Blomquist, L. L. Darrell, AdolDh
Eggers, Ernest Weick, L. P. Eldredge and J. 'P. Bettis,
1, Duncan Kennedy, Northwest Representative of the Pacific Coast Building Officials Conference
and Mr. Phil Roberts, Building Inspector for Boise were present and discussed the Uniform Building Code
with the Mayor and Council.
The Mayor announced the appointment of Matthew Laxr:ell as a menber of the Housing Autho-mty
Board to fill out the unexpired term of R. E. Palley.
',?owed by ".:eick, seconded by Burrell that this appointment be confirmed.
Upon Roll Call it appeared the motion ras unanimously carried.
The Mayor stated this ras the time set to interview parties interested in beco^ing Fiscal Agents
, in connection with the proposed sevver improvements.
The following firms presented proposals-
Tlachoh- Bender Corporation, Omaha, Nebraska, represented by C. Pd. Daley and Dean 113 --ler.
Frank Dahlstrom, Boise, Idaho, and Richards, Merrill & Peterson Incorporated, Spokane, re-
presented by Frank Dahlstrom and Richard 'Werrell.
Foster Rr. Karshall, Seattle, 'Washington, represented by Carlton Nau.
All representatives were interviewed.
Thereupon the Mayor informed the gentlemen the proposals would be studies by the Council and
action would be taken March, 18, 1955,
There being no further husiness to come before the Council, it eras moved 'oy Councilman Bettis,
seconded by Councilman Eldredge that Council recess until March 18,
