Hollingsworth, presiding. On Roll Call the following C ouncilmen answered present; Edgar L. Oakes, F. D. Mumford, T. E. Babcock, G. 1 -T. Tenrich and Norvil T. Hinds. Absent: IV. H. That the Clerk for and on behalf of the L'ayor and City Council shall give public notices thereof in three places in each ward if the City and publish suen notices in at least two issues of the Caldwell News- Tribuno, a newspaper published in the City of Caldwel said notice to be given in accordance with the renuirements of Section 49 -1502 and 49 -1507 of the Idn'_ao Codes Annotated. Total 0 114.38 upon her paying to the tax collector of Canyon County the sum of $25.00, and, IMM.EAS it appears that the said property was acquired at County Tax Sale by the late husband of the petitioner and that the lion of said assessments is probably lost. NOW THERE BE IT RESOLVED that the County Treasurer be and she is hereby a uthoriz and directed to accept in full satisfaction of said assessments the su-m of 125.00, and can - cel upon her records the balance of said assessments and, that a copy of this preamble and eesolution be certified by the City Clerk of the City of Caldwell and delivered to the County Treasurer and be her authorization for the cancellation thereof and the acceptance of said money. A Yea and Nay vote was had thereon with the following. result: Yea: Oal:os, lqu"ford, F enrich, Babcock and Hinds. Nay: None. Ab -sent and not voting: Odle. Thereupon the 1.ayor informed the Council that the Mooting was called to Consider &he leasing of the City Air -port to John Vickers. After considering thamatter it was referred to the Air -port Committee for their consideration and report. Thceupon the City Clerk read the Notice end Proof of Publishing and Posting of the Notices of the Bond Election to be hold on the 28th day of March which vies ordered to be filed end kept among the records of the City Clerk. Thereupon the Clerk read the Yotice and Proof of Publication of Notice and Time 1 and Place for hearing protests to the Assessment Roll of Local Improvement District # 16
