It was' voted on motion of Mumford, seconded by itowland, that t is the sense of this
0ouncil that Section 7 of Bill Eo.Ii should be stricken out; that it is contrary to the
laws of the State of Idaho; that the City Lttorney be directed -to notify Kealer Bros. to
that effect.
The City attorney reported thAt he had Ilad another communication from Van,Windler Shield
Jr. Attorney for Ke ler Bros. asking to amend the datefro Bonds in Sewer Dist. $7.
It was voted on motion of Bollman,eeconded by Oakes, that the City Attorney notify tMr.
Shileds Jr. that the Council could not change their position in the matter. The roll being
called on the motion the result was as follows;

Hayes and Absent; None. So the i'ayor declared the motion oar -led. ,
A petition,signed by Cleve Grooms and others, asking for the formation of a Local'Latara
Sewer System on the Idorth side of town was presented..It was voted on motion of Mumford
ee�oondad byKimbrough that the petition be granted and that the City Attorney be instructed
to draw Ordinance of Integi.ion.
Rowland reported that if the City should open the road on the section line between seotio
ne 36 and 36,3 mile east from Florida Ave,he beloived that the City should let the contract
to A.E.Harpsr, who offered to do the same for
