Boise River, which tract is a desirable site for said disposal plant,
NOT, TTTT7RFFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Caldwell enter into negotiations
with John Griffith for the purchase of said land for a sewerage disposal plant.
A Yea and Nay vote was had thereon wits- the following result;
yea Ba -cOCk, McDannel, Stengel, Handford, Fenrich and Sandmeyer.
Nay: None
Absent and not voting: None,
` II Whereupon the Mayor declared the motion carried and the Resolution adopted.
There being no. further business to come before the Council-it was moved by Stenge�
seconded by Sandmeyer that Council adjourn, Motion carried.

A Special ?^eeting of the City Council met in the Council Room with the P+iayor,
Edgar L. Oakes, presiding.
on Roll Call the following Councilmen answered present; W;E C, 0. Mc-
Dannel, Oscar Stengel, G. M. Fenrich and TA.S.Sandmeyer. Absent; W.B. Handford.
The Mayor read a letter from W. H. Hill requesting the City to send a represent
tive to the Aeronautic meeting at Spokane.
The iTayor appointed Mr.Fred TBcConnel as the City Representative and the said C1
to pay the expenses.
Thereupon the following resolution was presented to the P'ayor and Council by
Councilman Babcock, who moved the adoption ther ^of which motion qas duly seconded by Counci
man Sandmeyer.

WHEREAS, its ppears from the report of the Building Inspector that E. L. Mathews
has moved a frame dwelling of the value of less than t into "B" Zone without the per-
mission of said Building Inspector, and,
wium AS, the said building is loceted on Lots 10 -11 and 12 Block 39, Original
Townsite of Caldwell in the County of Canyon, and,
7MEREAS, the s aid dwelling does not comply with the Zoning Ordinance of the City
of Caldwell,
NOM, T?TFRGOFRE FE IT R- S^'7ED, that the City Attorney institute action against
the said E. L. M to prohibit him from maintaining said dwelling on said property
and for the further purpose of removing said dwelling from said premises.'
A Yea and Nay vote was had thereon with the following result;
Yea: Babcock, VcDannel, Stengel, Fenrich, Sandmeyer.
Nay: None.
Absent and not voting; Randford.
Pdhereupon the Nayor declared the motion carried and the R duly adopted.
There being no furhter business to come before the Council it was moved by
Stengel, Seconded by Fenrich that Council adjourn. ?,lotion carried.
