Council met in regular session persuant to adjournment of march 6, 1929, with
mayor f=lap presiding and Uouncilmen LAvIS, DUT ON, HOFIMAN, JACKsON,MCCONNEL AND
MUMFORD, PMSENT. ABSENT: NONE.
This being the dot set for opening bide to build Tourist Uabins and Toilet and
Shower !lath building. The clerk opened bids as follows:

It was voted on motion of Jackson, seconded by Mumford, that the bid of E. J.
Swan, in the sum of 41218.00, be accepted, and that he furnish a suitable bond and con -
treat for the construction and completion of said Tourist Cabins end Toilet and Shower
building.
It was voted on motion of Hoffman, seconded by Jackson, that the city cancel
all Sprinkling and Weed Cuttflng Taxes assessed against Lots 4 & 5, Block 19, Original
Townsite to Caldwell, Idaho, in behalf of the American Legion.
It was voted on motion of Modonnel, seconded by Hoffman, that the City Attmrney
be instructed to enforce Ordinance No. 463, relative to the parking of Buses an Main
street.
The Clerk read the monthly report of Ci#y Treasurer, Fire Chief, Sexton and
Gasoline Record, and the same was ordered placed on file.
The Board of Directors of the Pioneer Irrigation .District together with the
Clerk and :7 ;ter Superintendent appeared before the Mayor and Council in the interest of
Drainage and the construction of a Drain Ditch extending west from Memorial Park. The
matter was gone into at some length but no action taken.
It was voted on motion of Jackson, seconded by Hoffman, that Council adjourn
to Earoh 13, 1929, at 10:00, A. M.

This being the date set for opening bids for the construction of a Drain Ditch
from Memorial Park running along the south aide of the Municipal Airport. ra The Olerk
opened the following bids:

It was voted on motion of MoOonnel, seconded by Jackson, that the bids be
