NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESC?VED by the 4,1 ayor and Council of the City of Caldwell that lortland
Cement Concrete pavement is preferred and that the Commissioner of Public Works is hereby ,
requested to call for bide at the earliest possible date and on Portland Cement Cohorete type
of construction only.
A SleeeAstaep motion was made by Mumford, aeoonded by Dutton, that the above resolution No.
17 be adopted. The Mayor caused the Clerk to call the roll wesulting as follows.
AYES: CONLEY, DLTTTON, . =- MIOUCH, I MAP07D, MCCONNF,L, AND WHEETRR.
NAYE3 ANC ABSENT: NONE. So the Llayor decalred the motion had passed and Resolution No.17 d1opted

- The Council met in regular session pursuant to adjournment at 1 P.M. March 11th, 19 6
with Mayor Yaley presiding, Cou cilmen Conley, Dutton, Kimbrough, and Mumford, present, an
McConnel and 7heeler, absent.
G.M.Stephens, representing John F.PRice & Co. Investment Rankers, 6f Seattle, washin ton,
referred to the •dalinquenalas existing in Looal Imppovement Distriote No.2,3,and 4. It was then
voted on motion of Kimbrough, seconded by Donley, that the City Attorney be authorized and directed
to itai<estigate' delinquencies in the above named districts and immediateljr start foreclosur pro-
ceedings against the same.
It was voted on motion of Yimbrough, aeoonded by Mumford, th ^t the Council adjour to
Narch 17th, 1926 at noon.

C-ity of Caldwell its Gnsder, Tractor, and 4 Dump 'agony for X3500.00. It was voted on moti n of
Conley, seconded by Uumford, that the matter be taken under advisement.
