EXECUTIVE SESSION
MARCH 9,1998
5:30 P.M.
The Meeting was called to order by Mayor Nancolas.
The Roll was called with the following members present: Earl, Ozuna, Mangan,
Wells, and Evans. Absent: Houchins.
The Executive Session was called pursuant to Idaho State Code, Section 67 -2345,
for the purpose of discussing litigation, land purchase, and amendment to the
Agreement between the City and I.A.F.F.
After discussion, the meeting was adjourned at 6:30 p.m.
