Idaho, at the hour of 12tOO o'clock A. Burrell, George Cleveland, Emile Shorb, L. P. Eldredge and J, M. Bettis. The Mayor informed the Council the meeting was called to take uD the matter of a franchise with the Caldwell Cooperative Gas Association, Inc., for the distribution of natural gas. The franchise was studied by the Counai1. Whereupon it was moved by Councilmen Bettis, seconded by Councilman Burrell the City accept the franchise as presented by the Caldwell Cooperative Gas Association, Inc. Upon Roll Call the followw ng Councilmen voted in favor of the motions Blomgid st, Burrell, Shorb, Cleveland, and Bettis. Negative: Eldredge, Absent and not voting: None. Thereupon the Mayor declared the motion had carried by the necessary three- fourths majority. City Engineer Lewis informed the Council this property was outside the City Limits. 111 Moved by Eldredge, seconded by Cleveland that Mr. Howard be notified by letter t'ais property i �would have to he annexed by the City before sewer connection could be made. Upon Roll Call it appeared the motion was unanimously carried.
