A motion was made by Kimbrough. seconded by Mumford, that the rules re airing the reading of a bill on three separate days be suspended and the bill read the second time by title and the third time in full, and placed on its final passage. � �,-/ The m ayor directed the Clerk to Gall on the aforesaid motion with the follo ing result: AYES: CONLEF, DUTTON, KIMBROUGH, MUMFORD, MCCONNEL, AND WHEELER. HAYES AND SENT: NONE, The Mayor deoalred the motion had passed unanimoubby and directed the Clerk to rea Bill No. 26 the seoond time by title and the third time in full, seoiticn by section, all of which was done, and then on the question, as put by the Mayor, shall Bill No. 26 pass; the Clark was directed to oall,the roll, which resulted as follows: AYES: CONLEY, DUTTON, KIMBROUGH, MOMFORD, MCCONNEL, AND WHEELER, HAYES AND AB ENT: NONE. THE Mayor thereupon deoalred that ?sill No. 26 had passed and now became Ordinance N0.432, appioiced and signed the same in open session, directed the Clerk to have the some pmblished in the Caldwell News, the official "awspaper of the City of Caldwell, and make proper entry of the same on the journal of proceedings. RESOLD nOH 30. 49, BY DUTTON, WAS PRESENTED AS FOLDOWS TO -WIT: A RES LIITION ACCEPTING THE ASSESSMENT ROLL OF LOCAL STREET IMRROVEMENT DISTRICT NO.6; AIITHROIZING HE CLERK TO GIVE NvTICE OF THE TIME AND PLACE FOR HEARING AND CONSIDERING OBJECTIONS TO SAID ASSESSM WT ROLL, AND FIXING A TIME FOR HEARING AND CONSIDERING SUCH OBJECTIONS.
