Enndall Sloop to erect s hangar et the Airport. Motion carried. Brig4dier General McConnel, Colonel Martin a nd Messers Newport and Rehngren, representing the Caldwell Armory Association were present and discussed the renewal of theia lease with the City of Caldwell. Thereupon the following Resolution was presented to the Mayor a nd Council by Counellman Newman; RESOLUTION. By Newman. A RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE CITY CLEW TO PUBLISH NOTICE OF INTENTIO2' TO LEASE REAL PROPERTY. WHEREAS, the City of Oaldwell, Idaho, is the owner of real property situated in the city of Caldwell, Canyon County, State of Idaho, described as follows, to -wit= Northwest H (NW *)of Block Twenty -five (25), of H Addition to Caldwell, Idaho, and all of 7th Avenue between Jefferson Street and Irving Street, which is not now used for street purposes; and WHER?:AS, said property was not acquired, or used as a public park, playground, or public building site, and that the interest to be leased in the above described prop- party is not needed for municipsl purpoaea; and, WHEREAS' it is desirous to lease aan interest in said property to the C I i JN Armory Association, I.c., a corporation; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Mayor and Council of the City of Cald- well; that the City Clerk be, and he is directed t o publish notice of the intention of ani City to lease an interest in the above described property to the Caldwell Armory Association, Inc., a corporation.
