on 9th Street as soon as the Kimball Street bridge is completed.
A report was made by Councilmen Oakes and Bales on the purchasing of a spraying
machine. The Mayor requested the Committee to investigate further.
"r. Boynton expressed .$ho: appreciation of the community for the street light in-
stalled on the corner of Ohio and Linden.
On motion duly made and seconded the meeting was declared adjourned.

The Regular Monthly Meeting of the City Council met in the Council Room of the
qty Hall., with the Mayor, Emery L. Vassar presiding.
On Roll Call, the following Councilmen answered present: Edgar L. Oakes, N. S.
:ynton, C. E. Bales, G. M. Fenrich, G. W. Montgomery and W. R. Hollingsworth.
The Minutes of February 5th, and 19th, were read and approved as read.
Mr. Herman Voight appeared before the Council and asked to lease Block 89 of
iuntain View Addition. Councilmen Bales and Oakes explained to Mr. Voight thatthe City
nild lease the block under the following conditions: that all back Irrigation Taxes be
Lid, which amount to $43.91, also the Irrigation Taxes for 1934 -1935. Mr. Voight agreed
the conditions.
- Motion'by.,Boynton ae.eonded by Montgomery that the City lease Block 89 of Mountain
ew Addition to Mr. Voight.
On Roll Call the following Councilmen voted in favor of the Motion. Oakes, Bales,
yaton, Fenrich, Montgomery and hollingsworth. Those opposed none. Motion carried.
.The Mayor requested the City Attorney to draw up a lease for Mr. Voight.
An application for renewal of taxi license for L. R. Deal was read.
Notion by Montgomery, seconded by Fenrich that this license'be granted. Motion
rried.
Harry Meek appeared before the Council and asked if the City would consider a
.de for %hQ lots now used by city as horse corral and owned by R. R. Robertson for some
Ler lots in town. the matter was referred to the City Hall Committee for further in-
tigation.
The Bills for February were read and on motion by Bales, seconded by Montgomery
t theses bills be allpwed and warrants be ordered drawn for the various amounts all of
ch had been approved by the Chairman of the Finance Committee. Motion carried.
