The C uacil met in regular session, pursuant to adjournment at 7 P.M. with Mayor Smeed,
preeddi ,Counoilmen,Feuling, Kimbrough, Mumford, Robb, and Wheeler, present, and Harmon,
absent.

A mobion was made by Kimbrough seconded by Fouling, that the rules requiring the reading of a
bill om these separate days be suspended, and the bill read the second time by title end placed

So th MWor declared the motion had passed, and caused the Clerk to read the bills the second
time b3 title, and the third time in full. O� the question, as put by the Mayor,Shall Bills No.
17,18, and 19 pass? the roll wasoalled with the following results

ANSENTi EARMON. 90 the Mayor declared Bills No.11,18, and 19 had passed and now became Ordinances
No.398 399, and 4004 The Clerk was instruo #ed to make proper entry of the same and cause the
same t be published in the Caldwell tribune, the Official Newspaper of Caldwell,Idaho.
It s voted on motion of Kimbrough, seconded by Mu-ford, that the Counoil adjourn.
