The C uacil met in regular session, pursuant to adjournment at 7 P.M. with Mayor Smeed, preeddi ,Counoilmen,Feuling, Kimbrough, Mumford, Robb, and Wheeler, present, and Harmon, absent. Bi is No.17,18 and 19, "ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE AMENDING MOTION FIVE OF ORDINANCE NO.292 OP THI CITY OF CALDWELL, IDAHO; ENTITLED AN ORDINANOE AMENDING SECTIONS 7,8,15,18,9429,26,29,30,40 42,59,6 ,and 64 ON ORDINANCE NO.287 OF THE CITY OF OAMDRELL, IDAHO; ALSO AMENDING PARAGRAPHS 2,3,4, AND 5 0 P SECTION 26, ORDINANCE NO. 287, OF THE CITY OF O AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PAR73 OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLIOT HEMP,- AN ORDINANCE AMENDING OHDIMOB NO.389,BUM AN ORDIN B ESTABLISHING LIMITS WITHIN WHICH COMMERCIAL AND PUBLIC GARAGES, OIL AND GAS STATIONS, AND 8E ICES STATIONS SHALL BE EMOTED AND OPERATED WITHIN THE CITY OF CALDWELL,IDAHO; AND AN oDDINAN33 VACATING, ABANDONING, AND DISCONTINUING ALL OF THE ALLEY RUNNING THRU BLOCK 73 OF TEO ORIGINAL TOWN OF CALDWELL, CANYON CTUNTY, IDAHO AS THE SAME APPEARS WPON THE PLAT TENREOF ON FILE 33 THE OFFICE OF THE CANYON COUNTY RECORDER" were read for the first time. A mobion was made by Kimbrough seconded by Fouling, that the rules requiring the reading of a bill om these separate days be suspended, and the bill read the second time by title end placed on its anal passage. The mayor caused theClerk to call the roll on the same, the result of Which w s as follows: AYES: I FUL11%, KIMHROUGH; NUEMDED; ROBB, AND WHEELER. NAYESs IONE. ABSENT: HARMON. So th MWor declared the motion had passed, and caused the Clerk to read the bills the second time b3 title, and the third time in full. O� the question, as put by the Mayor,Shall Bills No. 17,18, and 19 pass? the roll wasoalled with the following results AYES-.PIULING, KIMBROUGH, MUMFORD, ROBB, AND WHEELER, HAYES: NONE. ANSENTi EARMON. 90 the Mayor declared Bills No.11,18, and 19 had passed and now became Ordinances No.398 399, and 4004 The Clerk was instruo #ed to make proper entry of the same and cause the same t be published in the Caldwell tribune, the Official Newspaper of Caldwell,Idaho. It s voted on motion of Kimbrough, seconded by Mu-ford, that the Counoil adjourn. CITY CLERK.
