with LV4or Fred& Lilly presiding. The roll being called in addition to the Mayor

The proposal of ii B Iuattarday to furnish Legal proceedings for the
proposed Paving Bpnd issue for the sure of N500.00 was presented and on motion
Sanberg seconded by Amos Idiller was accepted the roll call being as follows:
Ayes Dickcas, Amos Ullor, Fritz Millar, Iditchall, 6anberg and eiard iayes none.

The following resolution was introduced by Councilman asnberg:
Be it resolved by the Mayor and City Council of the City of Caldwell, Idaho, that
the name of that certain Park situated in said City, known as Hasbrook Park,
shall be and is hereby changed to the name of IMIORIAL PARK1 which shall be the true
name of said Park.on and after the date of the passage of this resolution.
Passed by the Council this 5th. day of Brch, 1919.

COUNCIL met in regular session as par adjournment of Baroh -A). with
Mayor Fred L Lilly presiding. Upon thr roll being called the following Councilmen
were found present: Joe Dickens, Amos J Miller, Fritz R Miller, Fred Mitchell,
Chas Sanberg and W Grant Ward.
The Clerk presented to the Council the affidavits of publication of
the Ordinance of Intention tp create Local Street Improvement District No 2 and
Local Street Improvement District No 3, which affidavits were and are in words
and figures as follows, to wit;
