ABSENT: NONE. The Mayor and Counoil considered at some length the construction of a Vrain Litoh for the drainage of Liemorial Nark and extending west along the south side of the idunicipal Airport. It was decided to publish notice calling for bide for the construct- ion of eame, to be opened at 10,00, A. M. March 13, 1929.
