The Meeting was called to order by the Acting Mayor Jack
Raymond.
The Roll of the City Council was called with the following
members present: Raymond, Winder, Houchins, Mallea, Jarboe,
and Straight. Absent: none.
(EXECUTIVE SESSION)
Acting Mayor Jack Raymond stated that pursuant to Idaho State
Code, Section 67 -2343, an Executive Session was called for
7:00 a.m. on this date for the purpose of discussing
personnel and to consider preliminary negotiations involving
matters of trade or commerce in which the governing body is
in competition with governing bodies in other states or
nations.
MOVED by Raymond, SECONDED by Mallea that pursuant to Idaho
State Code, Section 67 -2343, the City Council convene into an
Executive Session for purposes as presented.
Roll call vote. Those voting yes: Raymond, Winder,
Houchins, Mallea, Jarboe, and Straight. Those voting no:
none. Absent and not voting: none.
MOTION CARRIED
After considerable discussion, the Meeting was adjourned at
8:00 a.m.
