Councilman Sloop entered and wras marked present.
Mr. Medlin was present end tl2c matter of a shop of the Airport was again brougt
to the attention of the Unyor and Council.
The M referred t %ls matter to Councilman Frasher, Airport Conmittee and the
(City Engineer.

The Council met on Call of the Mayor with the P. ?ayor, Thurlonr -ryant presiding.
On Roll Call the following Councilman answered present: J. Randall Sloop, Pete
Olesen, John Finck, P. 3, Varrnan 0. L. Thornock and E.E. F asher.
The Mayor informed the Council the meeting was called to approve a lease with
the U. S.Covernment.
Thereupon t1- following Resolution was presented to the Yayor and Co :m cil by
Councilman Newman.

well, Idaho, es follows, to -wit:
1. That the Cit', of Caldwell, Idaho, hereby approves that certain lease
dntod this 28th day of February, 1944, by and Letween the Citp of Caldwell, Idaho, a
municipal corporation, ns "Lessor" And t!,e United States of America acting by the Federal
Housing Commissioner, therein c ailed the TMGovernment ", as lessee, w>,ereby the City of
Caldwell, Idaho, leases to nnid lessee those certain lands and premises herein above
desctibed according to the terms and conditions of said lease; and
