The city Council of the City Caldwell, in the State of Idaho, met
In regular session pursuant to adjournment. at the City hall in said city, the usual
place of meeting on Tuesday, the 27th, day of Feburary, A,D. L912, at 7130 o'clock,
P.M., pursuant to the rule of said Council.
Upon roll ( all the following sere presents Walter Griffiths, Mayor,and Counci
mans C. a. Adams J. L. Bardslay, John Stunentierg, Thos. E. WR120 •,H. J. Zeh. Abeents
E. H. Adam. Also present City Clerk, C. J. 8horb.
The mayor stated that this meeting was for the purpose of considering bide for
the purchase of the Twenty -two Thousand, Five Hundred (22,500) Dollars °Municipal
Coupon Funding Bonds of the City of Caldwell, Authorized by Ordinance No. 206, approve
Feburary 3, 1912.
THEREUPON, bide for said bonds were duly considered and Rouncilmen Zeh intro-
duced the following resolution, which on motion wee unanimously adopted upon the
following recorded votes
Yeast Adame, Bardsley, 8tunenberg, Wal$sr, Zeh.

WHERRAS, The bid of aeusey, Foster & Company of nenver, Colorado, for the
Twenty -two Thousand, Five Hundred ($22,500) Dollars Municipal Coupon Finding Bonds of
the City Of Caldwell, authorized by Ordinance No 209, is considered by this 91ty
Council to be the beat bid received for said bonds, their bid being for par balue and
accrued interest for bonds bearing interestat the rate of fiveper cent per annumi Now
therefore,

OOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CALDMML
That pursuant to said Ordinance No. 206, the #ayor the City Clerk and City
Treasurer be and they are hereby authorized and directed toexecute said bonds bearing
Interest at the rate of five per cent par annum in the form and memner set forth in
said Ordinance No. 206, and that when said bonds are executed as aforesaid, that they
shall be delivered to said Causey, Foot er & Company of Denver, 001orado, the purchase
thereof, in accordance with the contaact of purchase existing between the City of Cald
