SPECIAL MEETING
Executive Session
February 25, 2010
6:00 P.M.
EXECUTIVE SESSION PURSUANT TO IDAHO CODE, SECTION 67 -2345, SUBSECTION 1(C)
FOR THE PURPOSE OF DISCUSSING LABOR NEGOTIATIONS AND SUBSECTION 1(F) TO
DISCUSS PENDING LITIGATION.
The Roll of the City Council was called by the City Clerk with the following members present: Blacker,
Hopper, Callsen, Dakan (via phone), and Sobba (via phone). Absent: Oates.
MOVED by Hopper, SECONDED by Blacker to convene into Executive Session pursuant to Idaho Code,
Section 67 -2345, Subsection 1(c) and Subsection 1(f) for the purpose of discussing labor negotiations and
pending litigation at 6:00 p.m.
Roll call vote. Those voting yes: Hopper, Callsen, Dakan, Sobba, and Blacker. Those voting no: none.
Absent and/or not voting: Oates.
MOTION CARRIED
MOVED by Hopper, SECONDED by Callsen to close the Executive Session.
Those voting yes: unanimous. Those absent: none.
MOTION CARRIED

MOVED by Hopper, SECONDED by Callsen to adjourn at 7:06 p.m.
Those voting yes: unanimous.
