COUNCIL CH& BERS,
FEBRUARY 9th.,1949,

The Council met pursuant to adjournment of February 8th, 1949.
Leo J. Mason, Acting Mayor presiding.
On Roll Call the following Councilmen answered present, Leo J. Mason, Wm Glaisyer, L. E. Burrell,
John Myers, Dale Fenrich and Bryan Harding.
The Acting Mayor informed the Council this was the time set by notice for the third meeting of the
board of Correction to review and correct assessments of the Caldwell Municipal Irrigation System. There
was no one present for or against.
There being no further business to comebefore thw Council it was moved by Fenrich, seconded by
Harding that Council adjourn. Motion carried

The Council met pursuant to call and acknowledgement of notice in the following forms
CALL AND $CKNOWLEDGEMENT OF NOTICE
We, the undersigned Acting Mayor and members of the City Council of the City of Caldwell, Idaho,
do each hereby acknowledge notice of a special meeting of said City Council to be held at the Council
Chambers in the City Hall in the City of Caldwell, Idaho, at the hour of 4s3G P. M. on the 25th, day of
February, 1949, for the transaction of all business in connection -with .the - following objects to meet with
Mr. Larry McClesky of the Muller Dairy, which, object was submitted to -each of the undereigned in writing.

Upon Roll Call the following �ounci.lmen answered presents Leo J. Mason, Wm Gla3ayer, L. E.
Burrell, John Were, Dale Fenrich and Bryan Harding.
The Mayor informed the Council the meeting was - called to discuss the sale of cottage cheese.
The matter was throughly discussed.
Whereupon it was moved by Fenrich, seconded by Burrell that this matter be tabled awaiting further
information.
Thee being no further business to come before the Council, it was move Fenrich, seconded by
Glaieyer that Council adjourn. Motion carried.
