Me Council met in regular session pursua$t to adjournment with Mayor Smeed, presiding,
Oou ilmen, Fouling, Harmon, Kimbrough,Mumford, 3obb, & Wheeler, present.
D W.A.SUllivan, Inspector in Charge of the &tr• of Animal Husbandry, U.S.Dept.of
Agri ulture, gave asynposie of the work the Dept. was doing as regards Dairy cattle fnem
the anitary and tuberculin conditions, and promised he would exhibit afour reel picture
on t as same as prepared by the Goverment entitled Clean Herds &.#earte on March 4th, if the
Ccun it so desired. It was then voted on motion of Kimbrough, seconded by Harmon, that
the ommittee named on Feb.4th, make arragements for the Theater and Speakers on March, 4th,
1924
It was votes on motion of Fouling, seconded by Mumford, that the Council adjourn.
