Lilly, presidin On Roll Call, the following Councilmen answered present : - M. S. Sandmeyer, A. G. Keiater, Q. E. Bales,. C.. U. Johnston, Joe Dickens and E. L. Vassar. The matter of taking out additional Compensation Insurance to cover ,Civio Relief workgdm was discussed and the Clerk was instructed to write the State Insurance 06 and ascertain the amount of the additional expenses and requirements. N. C. Lodge had asked for permission to install a larger gas tank at the Lodge Motor Company's Service Station. It was the judgment of the Council that Mr. Lodge would have to take the matterrnup before the Board of Adjustment of the Zoning Committee, and obtain the consent of the above Board. The. Council discussed the matter of appointing the Judges, Clerks and Cohstablee for the General .City Election to be held on April 25th. 1933, The Clerk thaen read Resolution No. 20 by Sandmeyer as follows. A RE801iTIOh DEHIGNATING THE POLLING PLACES FOR THE REGULAR BIENNIAL KUNIO* IPAL ELECTION, FOR THE CITY OF CALDWELL, IDAHO, TO BE HELD ON APRIL 2 5 ,1933 , APPOINT- ING THE JUDGES, CLERKS AND CONSTABLES TO CONDUCT SUCH ELECTION, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the City of Caldwell, Idaho: Section 1. That at the Regular Biennial Election to be held in and for the City of Caldwell, Idaho, on the fourth Tuesday in April, to -wit, the 2.5th. day of April, A. D. 1933 at which there will be elected the elective officers of said City, to serve for the ensuing biannium, Or until the election and qualification of their successors. The following are designated as the polling places for such election: FOR THE FIRST WARD. The 00unty Court House, between 11th. and 12th. Bowers and Mrs, Grace Frost as fudges. Luella Hartenbower as Distributing Clerk and Harry Keller as Constable. Moved by Sandmeyer and seconded by Keister that the above Resolution be adopted. On Roll Call, the following Councilmen voted in favor of the motion:-}. S. Sand - layer, A. G. Keistes, C. E. Bales, C. M. Johnston, Joe Dickens and E. L. Vassar. Those r pposed, None. Absent and not voting, None.
