The' Council met in regular seasibn pursuant to adjournment with Mayor Miller,preeiding,.
Councilmen, Bollman,Kimbrough,Mumford,and Weetoott; present, and Oakes and Rowland absent.
W.H:Bluat,Oresident of thb Commercial Club, requested the cooperation of the Council
in securing a rest room. He reported that E.&Plowhead told high he could have the room
formerly occupied by Niohol,ilahna.and Madden could be had for six months at . 160 parmonth;
that the Red Cross Salvage ^Rooms could verl likely be thrown into the same office and that
would fill a much ne eded want. It was voted on motion of Kimbrough; seconded by Mumford
@@I� that the Mayor appoint a committee of three to work with Mr.Blunjc on this matter.The

Water Pork Committee were nit ready to report on the proposal of Kemp Heath for
Putting water on Canyon Hill.
It was voted on motion of Bollman,saconded by Mumford, that the Mayor appoint - a_C_om+
mittee o f thwse to investigate the petition oC T.J.Allisoa and others for opening a
road B/4 of a mile west from the Park.
1 oommunication from R.Farrer,'O.S.L.Agent was read asking for a uniform apged of train
thxOu h the different towns and that an ordinance be enacted for that purpoae.. The City
Attorpsy was authorized by the Council to notify the 0.2.1.R.R.00. that inasmuch as the
they, dad not accomodated the City by not having the Crossings fixed properly end not put+
ting,dmn' the proper signals, where asked for. the City did not feel as though they oould
a000modste them, until the demads aforesaid were complied with,

The following Resolution, by Rowland, was read.

Council in the manner provided by law.'

District 30 in the City of Caldwell, be placed an file in the office of the City Clerk
and t2fe 13th day of Mareh,I922, at eight o'clock P.M. of said day in the Council Chambers
Of the City Of Caldwell, be fixed as the time and place for hearing and considering
objections to said assessment roll, by the party oft parties aggrieved by said assessment,'
and.
Beoit further resolved that the City Clerk, be, and he is hereby authorized and directs
,II to -gi ;e due and legal notiwe by two successive publicatine in the official newspaper of
the City of Caldwell, that said assessment roll is on file sm the office of the City Clerk
and the date of filing the same and the time at which the Council will hear and oonekder
objections to said assessment roll, by the parties or any party aggrieved by said easessmen

The Council met in regular session with Mayor Miller,presiding, 00unoilmen,Bollman,Kim rough,'
Mumford,Oakes, Rowland, and llrestoott present.
M.M.Robertson offered for sale to the City Lois 1 -6 Inolusive Block IS Original AcIditioi to
Caldwell.It was voted on motion of Bollmen, seconded by Mumford,' that the Mayor appoint a jammitto
of three for investigation. The Mayor appointee Simbrough,lkowland, and Westoott.
C.R.leighty,Street Sffipt.,- reported that A.E.Harper would fix the - mile of road on ssoti a line
between sections 35 and 36 and east ijmile from Florida Ave, for 1200 or that the people 1 wing oiz
of the City would furnish IO teams against the City's IO teams. It was noted on motion of ford,
seconded by Kimbrough, that the matter be left to the Street Supt. and Street Committee wi h power
to act.
It was voted on motion of Oakes, seconded by Kimbrough, that the bills as read and L.Pproved
be allowed and warrants ordered drawn on the various funds as follows;
