I � L LI The City Council met pursuant to a published notice,for the purpose of opening the Bids for 15,000 gallons of gasoline, with the "ayor Edger L. Oakes, presiding. on Roll Call the following Councilmen answered present; W.E.Babcock, C. 0, Me- Danner, W.E. Handford, G, M. Fenrich and M.S. Sandmeyer, Absent Oscar Stengel. Mrs, W. H. VanSlyke representing the Christian Church of Caldwell appeared and requested a Sive. year lease from the City on Block 24 , Lots 13 & 14 , Golden Gate Addition. This matter was left on the table. There being no further business to come before the Council it was moved by Sandmeyer, seconded by Fenrich that Council adjourn, Motion carried, Mayor. City Clerk. Joffi son Estate. This matter was referred to the Chief of Police.
