Mr. Chas Laurenson representing the Chamber of Commerce requested the City to open a street throiiEh Block 112 of Strnhorn's 4ddition from the intersection of Warehouse Street and Poynter Avenue to the intersectio o` Cleveland Boulevard and Second Avenue. The Mavor referred this matter to Councilman Fresher and City En- uineer, L. 1% Porter.
