A letter was read from Herold Engel thanking the Mayor „rd Council for making

Board of Correction for the Assessment Roll of the Caldwell Yunicipal lrrig�tion System
for 1945.

Mr. Chas Laurenson representing the Chamber of Commerce requested the City to
open a street throiiEh Block 112 of Strnhorn's 4ddition from the intersection of Warehouse
Street and Poynter Avenue to the intersectio o` Cleveland Boulevard and Second Avenue.
The Mavor referred this matter to Councilman Fresher and City En- uineer, L. 1%
Porter.
There being no f,irther business to coma before the Council it wws moved by
Councilman T seconded by Co Newman that Council adjourn. Motion carried.

The Mayor informed the Cor,bcil the meeting was alled to take up and new and
unfinished business.

Three. It ,vas moved by McNeill, seconded by Thornock that the miles requiring that the

second time by title and the ttiird time in full, s action by section and placed on its fine
pssssgs. The Mayor directed the Clork to call the roll on the a hove motion with the follo
ing result: Those voting in the effirmntive were: Sloop, McNeill,'Thortiock and Fresher.
Negstive: None. A bsent end not voting: Olcsen and Newman. The Mayor declared the
motion had pnwsed by the neceaary three - fourths jgg',jSrit7 ar+d directed the Clerk to read
Pill _No. Three, the second time by title and the third time in full section by section.

Thereupon the Mayor d eclered Pill No, Three had passed and the Mayor in open
session of the Council duly signed and approved the Bill, and the Clerk duly signed and
attested the same which became Ordinance No 635, The Mayor directed the Clerk to make
proper entry of the sa e and to csnse Ordinance No 635, to be published in the Caldwell
News - Tribune the official newspaper of the city of Caldwell, Idaho.
