M. I I Adjourned_ Eeeting of the City Council met with the following Councilmen present: E. L. Oakes, F. D. Mumford and W. R. Hollingsworth. Absent: Mayor, E. L. Vassar. Council- men W. S. Boynton, G. 19. Montgomery and G. L. Fenrich. Due to the absence of the Mayor, Councilmen Edgar L. Oakes, as 13resident of the Council, presided.
