Council Chamber, City of Caldwell, Idaho, February 10th., 1915.
Council meet in special session pursuant to call issued by the Mayor, with Mayor
C. H. Turner presiding, Councilmen Ackley, Adama, Boone, Parker and Steuneuberg present,
S. Ben Dunlap, Clerk, when the following business was transacted:
The call for the meeting was read as follows*
CALL FOR MEETING OF THE COUNCIL.
To the members of the City Council of the City of Caldwell, Idaho:
You are hereby notified that, pursuant to the power in me vested, I have called
a meeting of your honorable body to be held In the Council Chambers at the City HALI on
February 10th., 1915, at 7*30 o'clock P. M. for the purpose of considering the matter
of taking the proper precautions agalnet the spread of rabies and hydrophobia, said to
prevail in neighboring territory.

Bill No. 21, by Adams, entitled, "An ordinance requiring the muzzling of all doge
within the City of Caldwell, and providing a penalty for the violation thereof," was
read for the first time.
A motion was made by Adams that the rules be suspended and that the reading on
three separate lays be dispensed with and that Bill Nu. 21 be read the second time by
title and the third time in full and placed on its final passage. The roll being called
on the motion the vote resulted:
Ayes- Ackley, Alams, Boone, Parker and Steunenberg -5
Nayes -None
Absent- Harrington -1. So the motion prevailed.
Bill No. 21 read the second tio:e by title.
Bill No. 21 read the third time In full and placed on its final passage. On the
question shall bill No. 21 pass? The roll being called the vote resulted:
Ayes- Ackley, Adams, Boone, Parker and Steunenberg -5
Nayes -None
Absent-Barringtun-1. So bill No. 21 passed becoming ordinance No. 251.
