Smith, presiding. Upon `toll Call the following c ouncilmen answered presents Fran Blomquist, L. E. Burrell, John Myers, Ernest Weick, Dale Fenrich and J. M. Bettis. The Mayor informed the c ouncil this was the time set by notice for the second meeting of the Board of Correction to review and correct assessments of the Caldwell Municipal Irrigation System. There was no one present for or a;,ainst. There being no further business to come before the Council it was moved by Fenrich, seconded by Weick that Council adjourn. Votioncarried. i 7 Mayor. Upon Roll C911 the following eauncilmen answered present: Fran Blomquist, L. A. burrell, John Mye Ernest Weick, Dale Fenrich and J. M. Upon Roll Call the folloud ng Councilmen answered present: Fran blomquist, L. E.Burrell, John Myers, Ernest Weick, Dale Fenrich and J. M. Bettis. Boy Scouts holding city offices for the day met 9dth the Mayor and Council. The Mayor informed the Council the City Engineerls report on the proposed Canyon Hill Sever was not completed. Thereupon the Mayor announced the temporary appointment of Robert o. Mackland to be patrolmen on the POLICE DEPARTMENT. Moved by layers, seconded by Blomyuist that this appointment be confirmed. Upon Roll Call it appeared the motion was unanimously carried. There being no further business to come before the Wuncil it was moved by Councilmen Blomgriet, seconded by Councilman Weick that Council adjourn. Motion carried. ty Clark. Mayor.
