Moved by Myers, secanded by Burrell that the Acting Mayor and City Clark be authorised to execute
an Easement with the Idaho Power Co., for the erection and continued operation of power lines over and across
the promisee upon which is located the Canyon Hill Housing Project as long as the Canyon Hill Housing Project
remains in existence.
Upom Roll Call it appeared the motion was unanimously carried.
Moved byMyers, seconded by Harding that the City enter into a contract with J. V. Otter, a licensed)
engineer, for engineering services at the Ca16well Municipal Airport.

The Mayor informed the Council thisms the time set by notice for the Mayor and Comncil to meet as I;
a Board of Correction to review and correct assessments of the Caldwell Municipal Irrigation System. There
was no one present for or against.
Therebeing no further business to come before the Council it was moved by Councilman Fenrich,
seconded by Councilman Myers that Council adjourn to meet February 8th, at 8 o'clock P. M. Motion carried.

The Council met pursuant to adjournment of February 7th, 1949.
The Acting Mayor Leo J. Mason presiding.
Upon Roll C the followi:g Councilmen answered presents Mason, Olaisyer, Burrell, Myers,
Fenrich and Harding.
The Mayor informed the Council this was the time set by notice for thesecond meeting of the Board
of correction to review and correct assessments of the Caldwell Municipal Irrigation System. There was no
one present for or against.
Moved by 0laisyer, seconded by Councilmen Burrell that Council. adjourn to meet February 9th, at
8 o'clock P. M. Motion carried.
