The Council met in regular session, Fbhruo:^ 8th, 1927, at 8 P.M., pursuant to adI ourn-
ment, with i:Iayor Zaley, presiding, Councilmen, Conley, Dutton, Iumford, YaConnel, and l eeler,
present, and Zimbroug%i, absent.
The minutes of previous sessions were read and approved.

It was voted on motion of Wheoier, seconded by Conley, that the aforesaid application I a denied.
It was voted on motion of Wheeler, seconded by Dutton, that Calvert, ° alvert, and Schroeder
be given until June Ist,1927 to complete the contract in L cal Improvement District No 5.
It was voted on motion of Idumford, secondee by Ulheeler, thet the Treasurer's quarts ly report
ending December 31st, 1926 be ado?ted
