Kimball Av It was voted on motion of Wheoier, seconded by Conley, that the aforesaid application I a denied. It was voted on motion of Wheeler, seconded by Dutton, that Calvert, ° alvert, and Schroeder be given until June Ist,1927 to complete the contract in L cal Improvement District No 5.
