That the City Treasurer is hereby aut�iorized to sell to the Bond and Interest Fund I' of the City of Caldwell, 324,000.00 worth of U, S. Government Bonds now owned by the Cemetery Lot Perpetual Care Fund of the City of Caldwell, for $24,000.00 in lavrful money of the United States of America. Section 2. The Treasurer of the City of Caldwell, Idaho, is irstructed to make th is transfer as early as practicable after the passage of this resolution, Upon Roll Call the following Councilmen voted in the affirmatives Glaieyer, Burrell, Myers, 'Blomquist, Fenrich and Bettis. Negatives None. Absent and not votingi None. Thereupon the Mayor declared the motion carried and the Rsolution adopted. There being no further business to come before the Council it ryas moved by Councilman Fenrich, j seconded by Councilman Bettis that Council adiourn.to meet February 6th, at 8 o'clock P. v, Motion carried. i Mayor City Clerk COUNCIL CHMERS FEBRUARY 6th, 1951, Boo P. M. The Council met pursuant to adjournment of February 5th, 1951. The Mayor Leo J. Mason, presiding. Upon Roll Call the following Councilmen answered present: Wm Glaisyer, L. E. Burrell, John Myers, I Fran Blomquist, Dale Fenrich and J. M. Bettis. The Mayor informed the Council this was the time set by notice for the second meeting of the Board of Correction to review and correct assessments of the Caldwell Municipal Irrigation System. There was no one present for or against. I There being no further business to come before the Council it was moved by Fenrich, seconded by j j Bettis that Council adjourn to meet February 7th, at 9 o'clock P. P'.
