The Council met pursuant to adjournment of February 6th, 1950.
The Mayor Leo J. Mason presiding.
Upon Roli Call the following "ounciimen answered presentr Glaisyer, Burrell, Myers, Blomquist,
Fenrich and Harding.
The Mayor informed the CoundAl this was the time set by notice for the second meeting of the
Board of Correction to review and correct assessments of the Caldwell Municipal Irrigation District System.
There was no one present for or against.
Moved oy Glaisyer, seconded by Councilman Burrell that Council adjourn to meet February 8th, at
8 o'clock P. M. Motion carried. O

Fenrich and Harding.
The Mayor informed the Council t,da was the time set by notice for the third meeting of the
Board of Correction to review and correct assessments of the Caldwell Municipallrrigation System. Thera
was no one present for or against.
There being no further business to come before the Council it seas mated by Fenrich, seconded by
Harding that Council ad journ. Motion carried.

The Reg aar 11onthly Meeting of the City Council met in the Council Rooms of the City Hall, with
Mayor Leo J. Was -m, presiding.
Upon Roll Call the following Councilmen answered presents Fran Blomquist, ft Glaisyer, Dale
Fenrich and Bryan Harding. Absent: L. E. Burrell and John Myers. !
Mr. Lew Rycraft of the Caldwell Bus Co., was present and discussed with the Mayor and Counoil the I

matter of increasing bus fares.
Councilman Myers entered and was marked present.
The Mayor appointed Councilman Myers, Glaisyer and Fenrich as a Committee to meet with Mr. Rycraft'
and discuss the matter of raising bus fares.
The City Attorney discussed with the Mayor and Council the advantages of membership in the National
Association of City Attorneys.
Moved by Harding, seconded by Myers that the City Attorney become a member of this association,
dues to be paid by the City.
Upon Roll it appeared the motion was unanimously carried.
