The Mayor Jason C. Smith, presiding. Upon 'loll Call the following " ouncilmen answered presents Fran Blomgoist, L. E. Burrell, John 31yers, Ernest Weick, Dale Fenrich and J. M. Bettis. The Mayor informed the "ouncil this was the time set by notice for the second meeting of the Board of Correction to review and correct assessments of the Caldwell Municipal Irrigation System. There was no one present for or against. There being no further business to come before the Council it was moved by Fenr'ich, seconded by Weick that Council adjourn. Motionarried. l '' JJ Mayor. Upon Roll Call the following Councilmen answered present: Fran Blomquist, L. A. Burrell, John Mye Ernest Weick, Dale Fenrich and J. M. Bettis. ,_ The Mayor informed the Council this was the time set by aiatRan for the third meeting of the Board of Correction to review and correct assessments of 'the Caldwell Municipal Irrigation System. City Clerk COLDEN.PHRASANT CAFE, FEBRUARY 9th, 1952, 12:00 A. M. The Council met pursuant to adjournment of February 4th, 1952. The Mayor Jason C. Smith, presiding. Upon Roll Call the following Councilmen answered present: Fran Blomquist, L, E,Burrell, John Myers, Ernest Weick, Dale Fenrich and J. M. Bettis. Boy Scouts holding city offices for the day met 1d th the Mayor and Council. The Mayor informed the Council the City Engineer's report on the proposed Canyon Hill Sever was not completed. Thereupon the Mayor announced the temporary appointment of Robert 0. Mackland to be patrolman on the POLICE DEPARTMENT. Moved by Were, seconded by Blomquist that this appointment be confirmed. Upon Roll Call it appeared the motion was unanimously carried. There being no further business to come before the 6ouncil it was moved by Councilman Blomgniat, seconded by Councilman Weick that Council adjourn. Motion carried. C �_�� Mayor.
