Smith, presiding. Upon 'doll Call the following c ouncilmen answered presents Fran Blomquist, L. A. Burrell, John Myers, Ernest Weick, Dale Fenrich and J. M. Bettis. The Mayor informed the ''ouncil this was the time set by notice for the second meeting of the Board of Correction to review and correct assessments of the Caldwell Municipal Irrigation System. There was no one present for or a:ainst. There being no Further business to come before the Council it was moved by Fenrich, seconded by Weick that Council adjourn. Motioncarried. p L/ Mayor. Upon Roll Call the eollowing Councilmen answered present: Fran Blomquist, L. E.Burrell, John Myers, Ernest Weick, Dale Fenrich and J. M. Bettis. Boy Scouts holding city offices for the day met rd th the Mayor and Council. The Mayor informed the Council the City Engineer's report on the proposed Canyon Hill Sewer was not completed. Thereupon the Mayor announced the temporary appointment of Robert G. Mackland to be patrolman on the POLICE DEPARTMENT. Moved by Myers, seconded by Blomquist that this appointment be confirmed. Upon Boll Call it appeared the motion was unanimously carried.
