COUNCIL CHAMBERS,
FE3RUARY 6th, 1946.
8:00 P. M.
The Council met pursuant to adjournment of February 5th, 1946.
On Roll Call the following Co,incilmen answered present; J. R. $loop, Leo J.
Mason, Pete Clasen, L. E.Burrell, 0. L. Thornock and R. H. McNeill.
The Mayor informed the Council this was the timeset by notice for the third
meeting of the Board of Correction to review and correct assessments of the Caldwell
Municipal Irrigation System. There was no one present for or against.
There being no fhrther business to come before the Cound1l it was moved by
Councilman Thornock, seconded by Councilman idcNeill that Council adjourn. Motion carr &ed.

The Regular Monthly Meeting of the City Council met in the Council Rooms of the
City Hall, with the Mayor, G. L, Crookham, Jr., presiding.
On Roll Call the following Councilman answered present; J. R. Sloop, Leo J.
Mason, Pete Olesen, L. E. Burrell,B:R,;YoNs ill,and 0. L, Thornock
Mr. LaRue M. Shipley was present and presented a petition for the cancellation
of c ertain Sprinkling and Irrigation Toll Taxes.
RESOLUTION

It was moved by Councilman Sloop, seconded by Councilman Thornock that the
following R be adopted.
WHEREAS, Mr. LaRue M, Shipley, petitioned the Mayor and Council for the can -
together with penalty and interest,
cellation of Sprinkling Assessments and Municipal Irrigation Tollfon the Southeast Fifty
Feat of Lot 2, Block 6, Washington Heights, Steunenbarg and Handle Addition to Caldwell,
