Kayor Fred 4 Lilly, Councilmen, Fritz H Miller Fred Mitchell,' j has Sanber , rant R Ward Absent, Jos Dickens, Amos Miller. a Fi Wallace appeared before the Council relative to a mistake in Sidewalk assessment Car Kimball and Elgin :Itmeets and on motion same was referred to Street Committee. ;'Falter Gri -'fith ap eared before Council asking Council to put in drain on land .,lest and North of Od d Fellows Griund on Canyon Hill,on motion the Mayor appointed Councilmen ,card Sanberg and Litchell a committee to investigate same. RR Fisk Municipal Band Vaster stated that he would be absent from the City for some time and possibly permanently and caking the Council to appoint an Aosistext Band Laster and on motion Mitchell same was referred to the Jdayor with power to act. George Green stated that certain Auto Drivers were not eomplyi:;g with State and r,lwv City la17S regarding licenses and on motion same was referred to City Atty. Council met in spacial reesion pursikiant to call of 9isyor, with :dayor Fred 1i Lilly presiding; Present; Councilmen, Dickens, A J Biller, F a Culler, Fred iiitchell, Chas Sanberg and Grant '.;ard. Call read The call for the meeting :;as recd as follows; Caldwell, Idaho, Feb lAth. 1919. City Clerk, Caldwell, Idaho, Dear Sir: You are hereby instructed to call a spacial meeting of the City Council City of Caldwell, to be held Yriday evening Feby, 21st. This meeting will be for the purpose of making arrangements for a sprinkling system for the streets 11 to take the place of the Citys old sprinkler which was burned in the fire.
