A motion was made by Adams that the attorney prepare a contract with the Idaho Railway Light & Power Co, for a period of five years in accordance with the terms of their bid for light and power for city use, and that the proper officers are hereby instructed to sign the same on behalf of the City of Caldwell. Voted, on motion of Zeh, that the street eommieett be instructed to prepare a plan for placing the City street lights, and the number desired to properly light the city, at once, E. E. Dutton appeared and made request that tLe alley known as Railroad alley be opened between Fourth and Fifth avenues, Whereupon, on motion of Steunenbere, the City Council ordered the same opened at once. The following registrars were appointed to receive registrations for the regular biennial city election April 1, 19132 First Ward, Mrs. Zilpha `iller; Second Ward, Mrs, Willie B. Wilson, Third Ward, Mrs. M. E. Havird. Voted on motion of Zeh, that the building committee be instructed to purchase three doxen chairs for tLe assembly room of the city hall. Voted on motion of Bardsley, that the Council adjourn until Monday, February 17, 1913, at 7430 p.m. City Clerk.
